We are building next-generation intelligent systems for autonomous flight, mission coordination, and ground control. If you are passionate about AI, large language models (LLMs), and real-world robotics applications, join us to explore cutting-edge use cases that will shape the future of GCS and swarming operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Explore, prototype, and evaluate use cases for agentic AI and LLM-based assistants within Ground Control Systems (GCS) and multi-vehicle swarming workflows.
• Assist in defining problem statements, analyzing requirements, and developing lightweight prototype solutions.
• Document findings through clear diagrams, flowcharts, reports, and code samples.
• Support integration experiments by preparing system specifications, testing workflows, and validating prototypes.
• Conduct literature and technology reviews on state-of-the-art AI/ML tools, frameworks, and techniques.
• Contribute to continuous improvements by identifying system bottlenecks and proposing AI-driven enhancements.
• Maintain confidentiality of operational and technical information.
• Support the engineering team in completing related tasks as needed.

Skill Sets We Require

• Strong programming fundamentals (Python preferred; C++/Java is a bonus).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or agentic workflow frameworks.
• Ability to build small prototypes, scripts, or POCs for automation or data processing.
• Understanding of APIs, data structures, and software development basics.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in fast-paced engineering environments.

Experience & Background

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or an equivalent field.
• Prior projects or coursework in AI/ML, autonomous systems, or distributed systems is a plus.
