Who we are:
We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- To lead and develop teams, especially in an office, hybrid or remote work environment.
- Overseeing Information Technology Operations at all facilities including Manufacturing facilities.
- Design and Development Reliable State of Art IT Infrastructure Services bundle ensuring 100% Uptime with Reliability and Accessibility
- Great Understanding of WAN and LAN Technologies catering to daily operations of various projects within the Design and Manufacturing facilities of NewSpace Research.
- Ensuring 100% Adherence to defined Service Levels favourable to continuity of Key IT Services like Network Services, Email Services, End User Computing Services.
- Define and Develop key IT Operations Metrices ensuring to meet customer expectations in terms of Quality, Responsiveness and Resolution.
- Experience in handling Server Operations covering Virtualisation, Storage Management.
- Good experience in handling High Performance Computing Cluster and Site Reliability Engineering Teams.
- Great Knowledge of Google Workspaces Mailing platform and Slack Instant Messaging.
- Developing IT Performance ScoreCard and Reporting IT Performance in terms of reliability and Operation effectiveness to Senior Management.
Experience:
- 5-8 Years experience in IT with at 2 Years experience as Information Technology Manager
Education:
- BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology or MCA or MSC Computer Science
